We are recruiting a Chef de Partie for a top-tier, food-focused gastro pub renowned for its modern cooking style and ambitious kitchen standards.
Operating at a Michelin Guide level, this venue delivers a seasonal, small-plates-led menu with a strong emphasis on technique, flavour, and open-fire cookery.
The Role

Running a section confidently during service

Working with fresh, high-quality ingredients

Maintaining excellent standards of prep, hygiene, and presentation

Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy services

Learning and developing within a high-performing brigade
The Ideal Candidate

Previous CDP experience in a quality, fresh-food kitchen

Passion for modern British cooking and small plates

Comfortable in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment

Eager to learn, improve, and progress within a respected kitchen

Strong work ethic and positive attitude
