We’re looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join a highly regarded restaurant in the Leatherhead area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a passionate kitchen team delivering classic British cuisine in a beautiful setting.

What’s on offer:
* £32,000 basic salary plus tronc (package circa £34,000)
* 45 hours per week, variable shifts including evenings, weekends & bank holidays
* Staff accommodation available (in Epsom, approx. 20 minutes away)
* Work with fresh, seasonal produce in a professional and supportive kitchen

What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen
* A genuine passion for cooking and developing your skills
* Flexibility to work variable shifts
* A driver’s licence and access to transport is essential (due to the rural location)
* Candidates must have the right to work in the UK – sponsorship is not available
