A premium, design-led restaurant in Central London is seeking a Chef de Partie to join its talented kitchen brigade. This restaurant offers a refined dining experience with a focus on grill, fish, and meat cookery, and is perfect for chefs who take pride in attention to detail and beautiful presentation.

The Opportunity:

Prepare and cook fresh dishes with precision, working with quality meats and fish on the grill.

Maintain high standards of presentation and consistency throughout service.

Work within a small, collaborative team focused on delivering a premium guest experience.

Opportunity to contribute ideas for menu updates and seasonal specials.
What’s On Offer:

Up to £36,000 per year, based on a 40-hour contract.

Additional paid hours available (up to 45-48 hours for those seeking extra shifts).

Straight shifts with the latest finish around 10:30/11pm.

5 days on, 2 days off each week for a balanced schedule.
