The Role:

Take ownership of your section, maintaining consistency and precision in every dish

Work with premium ingredients in a fast-paced, supportive kitchen

Collaborate closely with a skilled brigade and grow your technical skillset

Maintain high hygiene and safety standards across all service periods
The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi ready to step up

Passionate about seasonal cooking and classical techniques

Organised, calm, and positive on shift – a real team player
