The White Hart in Lewes is looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade at this historic coaching inn, recently brought back to life by one of the UK’s most respected hospitality groups.
This is a kitchen that celebrates seriously fresh, seasonal British produce, cooked simply and beautifully. You’ll be part of a talented team, creating vibrant, ingredient-led dishes in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
