A beautifully designed, experience-led coffee and dining destination in the heart of London is looking for a Bartender to join its tight-knit, passionate team.

This is a unique opportunity to bring your craft to a setting where coffee culture meets refined hospitality, serving premium drinks and cocktails in a welcoming, guest-focused environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and serve a range of premium drinks, from expertly crafted coffees to classic and signature cocktails.

• Deliver warm, professional service with every order, building genuine rapport with guests.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation at the bar.

• Work seamlessly with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure smooth, efficient service.

• Confidently handle guest feedback with positivity and care.

• Support with opening and closing duties, ensuring the bar is always ready for service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous bar experience in a quality café, cocktail bar, or restaurant environment.

• A confident, friendly communicator who thrives in a guest-focused setting.

• A true team player who brings positivity and energy to each shift.

• Professional, punctual, and reliable, with a keen eye for detail.

• Eager to learn and develop within a brand that values quality and care.

• Availability for a range of shifts with no late nights (latest finish 9:30pm).
