We’re looking for a Bar Manager to take the reins of a high-energy, late-night venue in Bishop’s Stortford.

• Previous management experience in a cocktail-focused bar or late-night venue
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop your team
• Confident with rota systems, payroll processes, and financial tracking
• Must live locally or have a driving licence
• Passionate about cocktails, hospitality, and delivering memorable experiences
