The bar is small but high-volume, requiring a Bar Manager who can lead from the front, maintain quality under pressure, and create a positive, team-focused atmosphere. You will oversee both bars on-site, ensuring consistency and high standards while developing and inspiring your team.

The Role:

• Oversee daily bar operations across both bars, ensuring speed, quality, and consistency.
  * Lead and train a small team, focusing on service, cocktail delivery, and product knowledge.
  * Support with menu development and ensure the cocktail offering remains engaging and high-quality.
  * Maintain organisation, stock control, and cleanliness behind the bar.
  * Be a visible, hands-on presence, setting the tone for energy, teamwork, and guest focus.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Bar Manager or Senior Bartender in a high-volume, quality-led environment.
  * Strong cocktail knowledge and a genuine passion for drinks and hospitality.
  * Confident team leader who can motivate and train bartenders effectively.
  * Ability to stay calm, organised, and personable during busy service.
  * A team player with a positive, guest-focused approach.
