We’re on the hunt for a sharp, energetic Bar Manager to lead the bar team at one of Islington’s most vibrant premium pubs. This place brings together fresh seasonal food, live music, and expertly mixed drinks in a buzzing, stylish atmosphere – and we need someone who thrives in the heart of the action.

You’ll be at the helm of the bar operation, owning everything from stock control and supplier relationships to cocktail creation and team development. The bar is front and centre here, and we’re looking for someone who can make it shine every day.
