We’re looking for a charismatic, switched-on Bar Manager to take the reins at one of Islington’s most exciting premium pubs. This venue blends fresh food, live music, and expertly crafted drinks in a buzzing, stylish setting – and we need someone who can match that energy behind the bar.

You’ll lead all bar operations – from stock and supplier management to cocktail development, team training, and ensuring every pour, pull and shake is spot on. It’s a high-profile role in a venue where the bar is the heartbeat of the business.
