At our bakery, we do things differently. We believe in serving exceptional food and coffee in a warm, welcoming space where everyone feels at home. We’re now looking for an experienced Bakery Manager to lead our Exeter team, delivering the very best in service, quality, and community spirit.

About the Role
This is more than just running a bakery – it’s about creating an experience. You’ll lead from the front, inspiring your team to delight every customer, every time. From ensuring perfect products and smooth service, to managing operations, costs, and compliance, you’ll have full responsibility for the success of the site.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading, training, and motivating a high-performing team
* Delivering exceptional standards in product quality, service, and presentation
* Managing daily operations including stock control, ordering, and rota planning
* Driving sales and building strong relationships with the local community
* Ensuring full compliance with food safety, health & safety, and brand standards

What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in managing a café, bakery, or similar hospitality environment
* A passion for fresh food, great coffee, and outstanding customer service
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop others
* Commercial awareness with a focus on hitting targets and controlling costs
* A hands-on, positive attitude and a drive to succeed
