A leading bakery retail business is on the lookout for a passionate and people-focused Bakery Manager to take charge of one of its busiest and most beautiful locations in the heart of Worcester.

The Role:

* Take full ownership of the day-to-day running of the site – from team development to operational excellence.
* Motivate and coach a close-knit team to deliver exceptional service and product standards.
* Manage stock, rotas, hygiene, and ensure the site is always beautifully presented and compliant.
* Act as a brand ambassador – leading by example with a hands-on, people-first approach.
* Drive performance through energy, positivity, and genuine hospitality.

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience as a Manager or strong Assistant Manager in a high-quality food or coffee-led environment.
* A natural team leader with real warmth and presence – someone who builds trust and gets the best from others.
* Passionate about great food, service and running a clean, calm, and efficient site.
* Able to manage pace without compromising on standards or atmosphere.
