A brand-new bakery is opening in Ashford, and we’re on the lookout for an experienced, upbeat, and people-focused Bakery Manager to take the reins.

This isn’t just about managing a store – it’s about creating a warm, welcoming space where great coffee, freshly baked treats, and community spirit come together. You’ll be leading from the front, setting the tone for high standards, friendly service, and a happy, motivated team.
