We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team at one of London’s most exciting dining spots. Whether it’s lunch service, dinner trade, or buzzing weekend covers – you’ll be right at the heart of the action.

The Role:
Supporting the General Manager in leading the front-of-house team, you’ll help deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant. You’ll have a strong presence on the floor, build great relationships with guests, and inspire the team to hit service and sales goals.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Running high-quality services with confidence and energy

• Supporting recruitment, training, and development of the FOH team

• Ensuring high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and compliance

• Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams for seamless coordination

• Driving sales through upselling, events, and exceptional service

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or strong FOH leader

• Passion for food, drink, and creating unforgettable guest experiences

• Strong leadership and team motivation skills

• Calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, bookings, and compliance
