Assistant Manager- Up to £42,000
Location: Surrey- Various Locations

We’re looking for an dynamic and personable Assistant Manager to join the leadership team in Surrey’s at one of well established premium gastropubs. If you’ve got experience as an AGM or senior manager in a busy, food-focused venue and you’re ready for your next challenge, this could be the perfect fit.

This is more than just a gastro pub – it’s a community hub with a buzzing atmosphere, top-notch seasonal menus, and a real passion for hospitality. You’ll be stepping into a site that balances the energy of a bustling bar with the polish of a quality restaurant.

Your role will include:

• Supporting the General Manager in running day-to-day operations

• Maintaining top-tier service and driving customer satisfaction

• Leading, coaching, and energising the front of house team

• Collaborating with the kitchen on new menu launches and smooth service delivery

• Running seamless shifts from opening to close

What we’re after:

• A confident and capable floor presence with solid leadership skills

• A genuine love for food, people, and high-energy environments

• Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Assistant GM in a busy, food-led site

• Someone who leads by example and connects naturally with both guests and team

• Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
