Role

As an Assistant Manager, you will be a key part of the leadership team, supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy, high-energy restaurant. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to drive service standards, lead a strong team, and ensure smooth, efficient shifts.

This role is perfect for a hands-on, guest-focused leader with experience in high-volume restaurants. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable managing and motivating a large team.
