The Role:

• Support the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the bistro
• Lead service and ensure excellent guest experience at all times
• Help train, motivate and develop the front of house team
• Assist with rotas, staffing, stock control and service standards
• Drive consistency, organisation and team morale
• Step up to run shifts independently when required

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor or strong Team Leader
• Background in a fresh food, quality-led restaurant, bistro or pub
• Confident running service and leading a team
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering great customer experiences
• Organised, proactive and eager to progress
