A beautifully presented, independently run gastropub near Hook is on the lookout for an Assistant Manager to join its tight-knit team. As Assistant Manager, you’ll be the right hand to a seasoned General Manager, helping oversee daily operations with energy, poise, and a genuine love of hospitality. This is a business where standards matter, service comes with personality, and every guest experience counts.

The Role:

* Support the GM in leading and developing a professional front-of-house team.
* Deliver warm, confident service while maintaining high operational standards.
* Help drive bookings, manage floor plans, and support events and busy services.
* Be a hands-on, floor-based leader with a presence that motivates and uplifts the team.
