We’re looking for someone with a premium background in food-led pubs or high-end casual dining – someone who leads with energy, humour, and charm. This is a hands-on, floor-focused role for someone who takes pride in team development, guest interaction, and smooth, polished service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Supporting the General Manager with day-to-day operations
* Leading energetic, confident floor service – creating memorable guest experiences
* Inspiring, training, and mentoring a young, passionate team
* Driving high standards in both food and drink, with a strong attention to detail
* Contributing to stock control, rota planning, and front-of-house systems
