A lively, community-focused pub in the heart of Hammersmith is looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join the team. With a popular food menu, quality drinks, and regular events, it draws a diverse and loyal crowd. Screens show major sporting fixtures and the pub regularly hosts quizzes, celebrations, and community events.

The Role:
As Assistant Manager, you’ll support the General Manager in the smooth day-to-day running of the venue, with a strong focus on:

• Team leadership and development

• Delivering outstanding customer service

• Managing busy service periods with confidence

• Supporting with stock control, ordering, and compliance

• Driving sales through events and guest engagement

What They’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or strong Supervisor in a busy pub or bar

• A hands-on, can-do attitude with a passion for hospitality

• Confident running service and supporting team training

• Strong knowledge of food and drink service, ideally in a sports or events-focused environment

• A calm head under pressure and a natural people-person
