Salary: £32,000 + up to £10K Tronc

We’re looking for a confident and capable Assistant Manager to join the leadership team at a stunning premium pub and restaurant in the heart of Reading. This venue is all about fresh seasonal food, exceptional service, and creating memorable guest experiences in a warm, stylish setting.

You’ll work closely with the GM to support daily operations, lead and inspire a passionate front-of-house team, and keep things running smoothly – all while delivering the kind of service that keeps guests coming back for more.
