A buzzing neighbourhood pub in the heart of Islington is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to join the team. Known for its lively atmosphere, great food, epic parties, and a stacked entertainment calendar – this venue is all about good times and good vibes.

The Role:
As Assistant Manager, you’ll be a hands-on leader helping to drive smooth day-to-day operations. From running busy weekend services to managing bookings and events, you’ll be at the core of the action – leading from the front, motivating the team, and ensuring every guest leaves smiling.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading service on busy shifts

• Supporting recruitment, training, and team development

• Managing rotas, stock and compliance

• Getting stuck into events, from live music to private parties

• Helping grow sales while keeping standards sky high

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a busy, high-energy pub or bar

• Passionate about great service, great food, and creating a buzzing atmosphere

• Calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced, fun environment

• Confident with back-office systems, compliance, and team leadership
