The Role:
Support the General Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations.
Ensure exceptional service and a great guest experience.
Manage stock, suppliers, and team training.
Drive sales and oversee cost control, P&L, and labour management.
Contribute to events and marketing to maintain the venue’s strong reputation.

Experience in a high-volume pub, bar, or restaurant.
