We are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager who thrives in a premium, fast-paced environment and knows how to balance exceptional guest experience with strong commercial performance. The Role

Working closely with the General Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day leadership of the business, ensuring outstanding standards across service, team engagement, and operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in leading all aspects of the venue
• Drive service standards and create memorable guest experiences
• Inspire, coach and develop a high-performing front of house team
• Manage labour, stock control and cost efficiencies
• Ensure compliance, health & safety and licensing standards are maintained
• Contribute ideas to grow sales, events and local reputation

About You

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality
• Passion for food, drink and premium service
• Strong leadership presence with a hands-on approach
• Commercial awareness and confidence with KPIs
• Excellent communication and people skills
• A genuine desire to build culture and develop others
