We are recruiting a dynamic and commercially driven Assistant General Manager for a high-profile, entertainment-led cocktail venue in Central London.

This is a premium, late-night operation known for delivering a high-energy guest experience, exceptional drinks standards and immersive entertainment. The venue trades at serious volume and requires a strong number two who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

The Role:

• Support the General Manager in leading the full venue operation

• Oversee busy late-night services and high-volume trade

• Drive guest experience, team performance and sales

• Lead, train and develop a large front-of-house team

• Manage labour control, stock, compliance and financial performance

• Ensure operational standards and licensing requirements are maintained

The Ideal Candidate:

• Current AGM or Senior Manager within a premium bar, nightclub or late-night venue

• Proven experience in high-volume, drinks-led environments

• Strong leadership presence and confident decision-maker

• Commercially aware with solid financial understanding

• Comfortable managing large teams and late-night operations
