We’re recruiting a high-energy Assistant General Manager for a leading cocktail and entertainment venue in Central London.

This is a fast-paced, late-night operation with strong drinks sales, live entertainment and a vibrant party atmosphere. We’re looking for a commercially sharp, hands-on leader who thrives in high-volume nightlife environments.

The Role:

• Support the GM in running the full venue operation
• Lead and motivate a large FOH team
• Drive sales, service and guest experience
• Manage labour, stock and compliance
• Oversee busy late-night trade

The Ideal Candidate:

• AGM or Senior Manager from a premium bar/nightclub
• Strong high-volume, drinks-led background
• Confident leading large teams
• Experienced in late-night operations

Salary up to £60,000.
