We’re recruiting an experienced Assistant General Manager for a premium, food-led restaurant in London Bridge

The Role:

• Support the GM in running the day-to-day operation
• Lead service and drive guest experience
• Manage and motivate a strong FOH team
• Support with rotas, standards, training and performance
• Assist with commercial controls and site success

The Ideal Candidate:

• Current AGM or strong Restaurant Manager ready to step up
• Premium, high-volume restaurant background
• Confident leader, calm under pressure
• Passionate about hospitality and service
