A high-profile dining pub in Central London is looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join its senior team. The venue blends a quality food offer with a lively bar atmosphere across multiple floors, attracting a mix of locals and destination diners.

You’ll support day-to-day operations, lead the FOH team, and help deliver smooth, warm and consistent service. We’re looking for someone confident, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
