What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting the General Manager with day-to-day operations.
* Leading, training, and motivating a passionate front-of-house team.
* Driving standards, consistency, and a warm, professional guest experience.
* Assisting with financials, rotas, and stock management.
* Bringing ideas, energy, and personality to every shift.

* Proven management experience in a busy restaurant or premium casual dining environment.
* Guest-focused, hands-on, and confident under pressure.
