We’re looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join a stunning destination pub and restaurant known for its warm hospitality, premium dining, and community feel.

What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting daily operations across restaurant, bar, and events.
* Leading, motivating, and training your team to deliver genuine hospitality and smooth service.
* Managing stock, rotas, and financial performance alongside the GM.
* Working closely with the kitchen team to maintain consistency and quality.
* Taking ownership of the guest experience and driving repeat visits.

* Experience in a premium pub or restaurant
* You’re confident leading a team and enjoy being on the floor, setting the tone for service.
