We’re searching for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join a vibrant restaurant in the heart of Borough. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking group that puts quality, people, and hospitality at the centre of everything they do.

The Role
As Assistant General Manager, you’ll be at the heart of day-to-day operations – supporting the GM, leading and inspiring the FOH team, and ensuring seamless service across busy shifts. You’ll help drive standards, support training and development, and play a key part in delivering an outstanding guest experience every time.
