A vibrant and highly respected premium restaurant brand is looking for a dynamic Assistant General Manager to join the leadership team at one of their flagship London sites.

This is a high-energy, high-volume venue known for its slick service, stylish setting, and consistently exceptional guest experiences. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads from the front, and knows how to bring energy to the floor.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the GM in all aspects of daily operations

• Delivering smooth, high-volume services with style and precision

• Coaching and motivating a large front-of-house team

• Driving guest experience with confidence, charisma, and attention to detail

• Supporting P&L, stock, rota and recruitment responsibilities

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Comes from a premium, fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment

• Has a strong presence on the floor and a personality that fills the room

• Thrives in high-volume operations and handles pressure with ease

• Has excellent leadership and communication skills

• Is hungry to progress – this role is a proven pathway to General Manager
