We’re on the lookout for a driven and experienced Area Manager to lead a portfolio of high-performing quick-service restaurants. You’ll oversee up to 9 sites (250-400 staff),

The Role:

• Lead and develop restaurant management teams across your area
• Drive results across all KPIs with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence
• Deliver commercial strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Build a pipeline of future leaders through talent spotting and succession planning
• Champion high standards in health & safety, food safety, and service delivery

What You’ll Need:

• A minimum of 18 months’ experience in multi-site management (ideally within QSR or hospitality)
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a commercial and people-first mindset
• Proven ability to drive performance through others
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across your region
