We’re working with one of the UK’s most successful and people-focused restaurant groups to recruit a talented Head Chef for a busy and well-established Bristol restaurant.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a fast-paced kitchen where fresh ingredients, exceptional standards, and strong teamwork are at the heart of everything they do. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pan-Asian cuisine, excellent wok skills, and a genuine passion for delivering fresh, vibrant food in a high-volume environment.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is an experienced Head Chef, or a strong Senior Sous Chef ready for the next step
• Has a solid background in pan-Asian cuisine
• Has strong wok cooking experience within a busy fresh food kitchen
• Is confident leading high-performing kitchen teams
• Has excellent knowledge of labour control, GP, stock management, and kitchen performance
• Leads by example with a positive, hands-on management style
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality or consistency
