Working within a busy, high-volume grill kitchen, you’ll play a key role in leading the brigade, supporting the Head Chef, and maintaining the consistently high standards that have made this business one of the industry’s leading employers.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is currently a Sous Chef or an ambitious Junior Sous Chef ready to step up
• Has experience working within a branded or high-volume fresh food restaurant
• Enjoys leading, motivating, and developing kitchen teams
• Has strong organisational skills and thrives during busy service
• Understands stock control, labour management, and maintaining GP
• Leads by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Is looking to build a long-term career with a business that invests in its people
