We’re looking for someone who has:

• Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef within a fresh food kitchen
• Italian or Mediterranean cuisine experience (preferred but not essential)
• A genuine passion for cooking with high-quality seasonal produce
• The ability to remain calm and organised during busy services
• Strong leadership skills with experience motivating and developing junior chefs
• A positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and a real desire to progress
