The Role

• Full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the kitchen
• Leading, developing, and motivating the kitchen team
• Controlling labour and food costs to achieve GP targets
• Ensuring exceptional food quality and consistency
• Maintaining all health & safety and food hygiene standards
• Working closely with senior management to drive the business forward

About You

• Currently working as a Head Chef or experienced Sous Chef ready for the next step
• Strong fresh food background, working to rosette standards ideal
• Passionate about quality ingredients and great food
• Commercially aware with a good understanding of kitchen finances
• Natural leader who enjoys developing teams
• Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
• Driven to continually improve standards and performance
