The Role:
- Supporting the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
- Leading and motivating a brigade within a fresh food kitchen
- Working closely with high-quality, seasonal ingredients
- Supporting menu development and daily specials
- Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
About You:
- Currently a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
- Passionate about fresh food and seasonal cooking
- Experience within quality-led kitchens (gastro pub, hotel, etc.)
- Strong leader with a hands-on approach
- Organised and calm under pressure
