I’m looking for a passionate Bar Manager to join a business that celebrates great people, fresh local produce, and genuine hospitality.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves everything about the bar world – creating standout cocktails using fresh, seasonal ingredients, working closely with chefs, and delivering warm, memorable guest experiences.

You’ll be confident in a busy, high-volume environment, while leading, inspiring, and developing a team of up to 10 people.

What we’re looking for:

• Passion for bars, cocktails, and hospitality
• Experience creating fresh, seasonal cocktail menus
• Strong teamwork with kitchen teams and suppliers
• Proven background in fast-paced, quality-led venues
• Experience managing teams of up to 10
• A hands-on leader who develops people
