We’re recruiting a high-energy General Manager for a busling pub in the heart of the West End

This is a brilliant opportunity for a commercially driven GM or experinced Deputy Manager who wants to make their mark on a business, popular with locals, tourists and a greta spot to watch sport

The Role:

• Lead the full day-to-day operation of a pub and dining concept
• Drive sales, footfall,events and promotions
• Recruit, train and motivate a fun, fast-paced team
• Ensure excellent service, standards, compliance and guest experience
• Create a community feel while delivering a high-energy party atmosphere

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven GM or Dputy Manager with experience in a busy Central London bar/pub
• High energy, people-focused and hands-on
• Strong operational experience (essential)
• Confident managing high-volume wet sales and peak-time trade
• Commercially minded with strong leadership skills
