An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Night Production Manager to lead a high-volume bakery production site, supplying a successful and growing chain of high street bakeries.

The Role

As Night Production Manager, you will take full responsibility for overnight operations, ensuring efficient, high-quality production to meet daily demand across the bakery estate.

You will lead and inspire a large team, oversee production planning, maintain strict quality and food safety standards, and ensure smooth, timely distribution to sites.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a senior production or bakery management role
• Strong background in high-volume food production, ideally within bakery or pastry
• Experience managing large teams in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent understanding of food safety, compliance, and HACCP procedures
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams during night operations
• Experience working with production targets, KPIs, and cost controls
• Calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
