The Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes, maintaining standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
• Ability to deliver fresh, high-quality food to a consistent standard
• Experience in Pan-Asian cuisine preferred, but not essential
• Understanding of both corporate restaurant structures and independent operations
• Ability to perform under pressure in a busy kitchen
• Strong team player with leadership qualities
• Passion for training, mentoring, and developing junior chefs
• Positive attitude, energy, and ambition
