We’re recruiting an experienced Assistant Manager for a premium, food-led restaurant in Soho, part of an expanding group
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-profile, fast-paced operation with a strong reputation for quality food, vibrant atmosphere and excellent service standards.
The Role:

• Support the GM in running the day-to-day operation
• Lead service and drive guest experience
• Manage and motivate a strong FOH team
• Support with rotas, standards, training and performance
• Assist with commercial controls and site success

The Ideal Candidate:

• Current AM or strong Restaurant Manager ready to step up
• Premium, high-volume restaurant background
• Confident leader, calm under pressure
• Passionate about hospitality and service
