A well-established food-led pub in the petersfield area is looking for a strong Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and help drive a busy, well-organised kitchen.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead service, support the brigade and help maintain consistently high standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day kitchen operation

• Leading sections and driving service during busy periods

• Training and mentoring junior chefs

• Supporting stock control and kitchen organisation

What We’re Looking For

• A confident Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up

• Fresh food kitchen experience

• Someone calm, organised and reliable during busy service
