We’re recruiting a hands-on General Manager to lead a flagship restaurant in The West End. This is a fast-paced, high-energy environment where standards, leadership and commercial awareness all need to be on point.

There is also a clear pathway into a future dual-site role, making this a strong long-term move for an ambitious GM.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Taking full ownership of a high-volume Central London restaurant
• Leading, developing and motivating a large team
• Driving service standards and guest experience at pace
• Managing labour, GP, stock and overall performance
• Delivering strong commercial results in a demanding environment
• Preparing to step into a multi-site / dual-site role as the business grows

What We’re Looking For

• Proven General Manager experience in high-volume restaurants
• A hands-on, multifaceted operator who can juggle pace, people and performance
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage large teams
• Commercially sharp with solid financial understanding
• Someone who thrives in busy, high-pressure Central London sites
