We’re recruiting a General Manager to take the lead of a busy, well-loved Central London pub with strong wet sales, consistent trade and a proper local following.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, building a team and creating a great atmosphere – not just managing from the office.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running the day-to-day operation of a busy pub
• Leading, training and motivating a strong team
• Driving sales and building local trade
• Managing labour, stock, GP and compliance
• Delivering a consistently great guest experience

What We’re Looking For

• Proven General Manager experience in pubs or bars
• Strong wet-led background
• A hands-on, floor-based leader
• Someone who takes pride in running a great pub
