We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to lead a large, design-led Central London venue with a strong mix of food, drinks and events. This is a polished operation where guest experience, atmosphere and attention to detail really matter.

You’ll be leading from the front, managing a big team and ensuring the site delivers consistently at a high level.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Taking full control of a premium, high-profile venue
• Leading and developing a large front-of-house team
• Driving service standards and guest experience
• Managing financial performance, labour and stock
• Delivering smooth, high-quality service across busy periods

What We’re Looking For

• Proven General Manager experience in premium, high-volume venues
• Strong leadership presence and attention to detail
• Commercially sharp with solid operational control
• Someone who thrives in polished, fast-paced environments
