We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead a busy, quality-driven operation. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences while running a smooth and profitable business.

The Role:

• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing front-of-house team
• Take full ownership of daily operations, standards and service delivery
• Drive sales, profitability and guest satisfaction
• Manage rotas, labour costs and stock control
• Work closely with senior management to uphold brand values and consistency

About You:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant ready to step up
• A natural leader with a positive, can-do attitude
• Strong knowledge of service standards and guest experience
• Commercially minded with great organisational skills
• Passionate about hospitality and team development
