We’re recruiting an Assistant General Manager for a busy, quality-driven restaurant in Central London. This is a fast-paced environment with a strong reputation for food, service and team culture.

You’ll work closely with the GM to keep standards high, lead the floor and help drive the overall performance of the restaurant.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the GM in running the day-to-day restaurant operation

• Leading service and maintaining strong guest experience

• Training, motivating and developing the FOH team

• Supporting labour control, stock management and performance

• Helping drive sales and operational standards

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Restaurant Manager or AGM experience in busy London venues

• Strong floor leadership and people management skills

• Commercial awareness and operational organisation

• Someone who thrives in fast-paced restaurants
