We’re looking for a talented Sous Chef to join a busy, quality-led restaurant in Central London. Fresh ingredients, serious standards and a kitchen that runs at proper pace. If you enjoy high-energy service and being part of a strong brigade, this could be a very good move.

You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to deliver consistently great food while helping lead and develop the team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen

• Leading sections and driving busy services

• Training and mentoring junior chefs

• Maintaining high standards of quality and organisation

• Supporting stock control and kitchen systems

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Sous Chef experience or a strong Junior Sous ready to step up

• Background in fresh food, quality-led kitchens

• Calm, organised and confident during busy service

• A chef who enjoys being part of a strong brigade
